Alezion 20 contains 20mg of epinastine hydrochloride per tablet, the same amount as in prescription medications. It effectively relieves sneezing and runny nose. As a second-generation antihistamine, it is less likely to cause drowsiness and is taken once daily before bedtime for extended relief.
