These are ready-to-eat blueberries. Delcy blueberries are made from jumbo-sized Bluecrop variety sourced from Canada, known for their balanced sweetness and acidity, thin skin, and absence of hard seeds. They are visually sorted and repacked in Japan to remove unripe berries and impurities, and packed after X-ray selection. The white powder on the surface is a natural wax produced by the fruit, known as 'bloom', which helps protect the berries.
