Since 1956, Matsuo has marinated lamb leg in a secret sauce. The product contains no preservatives and avoids using raw garlic to cater to all ages. The secret is to simmer plenty of vegetables in the sauce and quickly grill the meat, finishing with leftover sauce for stir-fried udon.
