Using premium pickled mustard greens from Chongqing, China, carefully air-dried and aged in jars for a year and a half. During the aging process, extracts from over ten types of spices used in traditional Chinese medicine infuse the product. Seasoned with sesame oil for a deep flavor and a unique crunch.
