This Koshihikari rice is cultivated in the Agakami area of Niigata, using 700 tons of natural snow for freshness. Milled using the patented Yuki-On Seihou method to suppress temperature rise during milling, it is delivered in nitrogen-filled packaging to maintain quality until opened.
